Demo vs. real business

Demo works immediately: fictional orders, rule-based client chat, negotiation, the built-in studio, delivery, virtual approvals, simulated earnings, receipts, and reviews. Guest changes last for this session; sign in to save them.

Real business: signed-in customers submit orders and review deliveries. The owner manages them. Stripe checkout collects payments only when Billing is enabled. Merchant registration, verification, connection requirements, and transaction fees may apply. Manage payments in Add-ons.

For encrypted real records, add a BUSINESS_RECORD_KEY secret containing 64 hexadecimal characters in the Secrets panel. Generate it using a password manager or openssl rand -hex 32. Real records are locked until this is set; demo stays available.

Storage & account

Account authentication is handled by the platform. Private demo records and settings use account-scoped built-in key-value storage. Images and exported deliveries use public file storage. Never upload confidential documents or payment card details.
